Completion certificate
Technical assessment of the building, resolving any discrepancies and administrative follow-up through to receipt of the building's completion certificate.
The completion certificate is the final confirmation that the building has been finished in accordance with the permit and the approved regulations, and it is needed for many transactions and administrative matters.
The first step is to check the structure as built against the approved drawings. Where there is a discrepancy, we set out how to resolve it before any formal submission, so that the file is not held up.
Our team takes on the full technical and administrative follow-up of the file through to final issue of the completion certificate.
Steps in the process
- 1Technical inspection and checking the construction against the approved drawings
- 2Identifying and resolving any discrepancies
- 3Opening and completing the administrative file
- 4Follow-up through to issue of the completion certificate
