Before any design work, it has to be established what the land is actually like and whether its boundaries match what the title deed says.
Our surveying team establishes the plot boundaries and produces an accurate survey of the site as it stands; its conformity with the title deed and the current municipal regulations is then checked.
The output of this stage is the basis for the design and for obtaining the permit; an error here is carried through into every later stage.
